Before I started the program I was convinced I would not lose weight. I had gained and lost the same 60lbs. over and over throughout my life. I had done every diet imaginable, no really I had, and at 52 none of my old foolproof methods worked. I was down to 1000-1400 calories daily and I was starving but gaining weight. I have found that cutting out dairy, meat, sugar, and oil has made me feel better and have more energy. If you are considering if this program is worth it I would say it definitely is. I feel better than I have in a long time.
