For the last few years, I gained a significant amount of weight (about 50+ pounds), my blood pressure crept up, I had no energy and I wasn’t sleeping well.

I lost 20 pounds during the 60 day jumpstart! I feel better and I am much more confident because I look so much better! I have more energy, I’m sleeping better and don’t feel “bloated.” I’m able to slip into clothes I haven’t been able to wear in a long time!
