    Thanks, Marie for all your suggestions. Many of them have been helpful. I tried the Kite Hill dairy-free plain yogurt. With berries, cinnamon & nuts; it is a tasty snack.

    Meals:
    Strawberry smoothie with kale & almond milk.
    Lunch: Spring mix salad with mushrooms, red peppers, few onions & balsamic vinegar dressing. Handful of nuts & blueberries.
    Dinner: Spring mix salad with black beans, tofu, tahini dressing, sweet potato.
