    1 full week 100% SOS whole food, and gluten free and no night shades (anti inflammatory protocol). My joint pain baseline has not changed (yet), but I can say that I recover faster from a workout and my joints aren’t swollen and throbbing after working in the garden all day (gotta get the kale planted). I switched from black chai tea for green tea with Chinese 5 spice- now my new favorite.
