    I highly recommend the book, Walking with Peety, by Eric O’Grey. Eric O’Grey was 150 pounds overweight, a type 2 diabetic, depressed and sick.     In the Produce section at grocery stores I first check for sales on 1) packaged greens (Spring Mix, Spinach…) often finding some reduced due to it being near the sale date, 2) salad kits.
