    Thanks, Marie for all your suggestions. Many of them have been helpful. I tried the Kite Hill dairy-free plain yogurt. With berries, cinnamon & nuts; it is a tasty snack.

    The National Health Association (NHA)’s The Health Science of Plant-Based Living will be held in Cleveland, June 27 – June 30. This 2019 conference sold out in January. The lectures from the conference will be available for purchase. Until June 30, the price is $99; beginning July 1, the price will be $129.
